Q: I just made a payment why I can’t download the package?

A: Please allow up to 24 hours for your download file to be available. A confirmation email will be sent to your email when your download becomes active. 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: As with most software and digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges with other products please review our End User Agreement http://www.xtrabulk.com/end-user-license-agreement

An exception is made for products purchased during a pre-order period if the request is received prior to the product's release date. A refund processing fee will apply depending on your payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer in USD or EURO please contact us to send you invoice with our bank account details

Q: I am having problems installing the software do you charge extra fees for installation?

A: We offer free installation service to all of our products, please send us an email with admin access to your server. Note: for versions of Xtrabulk Bulk SMS software we don’t support installations on Windows servers, Xtrabulk Bulk SMS software is designed to run on Linux servers
